January, 2006 Project Planning & Control Manager General responsibilities: managing the project planning & control team, and doing some of the works myself. Our department generally do the following: analyzing the customer needs in this field of work; preparing the planning, control, and reporting frameworks for the contractor and monitor the implementation; give contractor guidance on preparing the master plan, detail plan, and updated/changed plans; supervise the estimating process; supervise the way contractors apply actuals in plan; supervise the way contractor prepare reports; prepare periodic management reports on time, work, cost, resources and risks; setting up & updating the online performance dashboards of the projects; presenting the project’s performance for client’s executive managers in periodic meetings. Implementing Document Management System (SharePoint in first place and Alfresco afterwards); Implementing BPMS and responsible for continues improvement of the processes;
