Lead Planning Engineer, Japan Turkey Metro JV (Obayashi-Kajima-Yapi Merkezi)

Design & Construction of the civil system (incl. Architectural and M&E Works) of Dubai Metro Project (Red & Green Line) on Turnkey Contract basis for Dubai Rapid Link Consortium (DURL) and Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), UAE as client

Responsible for leading the planning team of the elevated section (53km) in preparing and updating the resource-cost loaded baseline program using Primavera (P3); Critical Path Analysis; preparing look-ahead program and monthly working plan; preparing cash flow & progress curves; Earned Value Analysis; presenting periodic progress & performance reports to the management; coordination between site, head office and client in planning/costing related issues; leading the planning team in framing the claims in collaboration with the contracts team and delay analysis.
