Emplyed at Skanska USA Building Hired as National Director - Project Controls In December, 2013 promoted to Senior Vice President - National Director Scheduling. Responsibilities include setting company scheduling standards, directly managing a small group of senior schedulers, leading scheduling efforts on major pursuits, providing scheduling and claims related direction on key projects and indirectly offering guidance to over 40 schedulers nationwide. I also provide scheduling training to Skanska operations staff across the country including an intense 3-day "Scheduling Boot Camp" I developed, various other training including P6 training and developing web-based schedule training modules at present. I wrote a "Pocket Scheduling Guide" which I have distributed to thousands. This manual is a guide to construction scheduling which includes CPM, Master Schedule, Schedule Updates and handling change orders and unexpected events. This includes duration calculations, production rates, scheduling considerations and logistics, etc. I'm part of Skanska's Learning Council. I conduct and lead an international team of Skanska Schedulers which include Planners & Schedulers from Europe as well as nationwide in the US.
