·         Executed Planning and Scheduling of project in three stages (pre, present, and post) using Primavera and obtained optimum work plan.

·         Defined Job codes, Resource codes, and Formats/Patterns and monitored all resources without any wastage.

·         Created database program in MS Access and control resources for a 1, 40,000 Sq.m project.

·         Maintained and recorded updated work progress of site comprises of 44, 000 Sq.m obtained by Project Manager and created a Master Scheduled Plan report.

·         Distinguished overall planning into Monthly and Weekly basis via Primavera Web planner and tracked all ongoing activities.

·         Coordinated with clients, Engineering, & other departments to ensure right specification and drawings are delivered to execution team of 80 members.

·         Estimated quantities of materials, equipment, and labor includes 550 manpower and determined project feasibility.
