- Preparation of fully integrated programmes to support all regional tender submissions.
- Managing the programme transition process from bid stage to delivery.
- Programme quality analysis using Acumen Fuse.
- On-going site support and programme supervision to regional.
- Preparation of variation reports to support extension of time claims with clients and sub-contractors.
- Evaluate the impact of client variation to the construction programmes.
- Provide ‘what if’ scenarios to mitigate the impact of site issues.
- First line Primavera support to site teams.
- Monthly quality review of regional construction programmes.
- Provision of basic and intermediate Primavera courses.
- Provision of Planning & Site Controls training to the Lend Lease graduate training programme.

- Standardised the regional Work Break Down Structure.
- Introduction of bid stage P6 templates for design and construct tenders.
