·         ·   Assisted the Project Manager in day to day activities of the project such as correspondence, delegation and administration

·   Coordinated the design programme and onsite construction sequence for various packages such as the steel works, cladding, roofing, pool and conveying systems

·   Chaired coordination meetings for the above packages.

·   Coordinating the Tender process for various packages

·   Ensuring timely response of MAS’s, RFI’s and document submittals from site engineers.

·   Reviewing resource schedules and cash flows

.   Producing weekly and monthly reports
