AS Lead Project Planner (Planning consultant).
- Analyze, review and comment on master schedule (Level II) submitted from EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) contractor according to the major and intermediate mile stone dates
- Developing of WBS (work break down structure) for preparation of detail level III and level IV Schedule.
- Identified and devolve the logic for critical path for various phase started from Design to commissioning and startup
- Analyze and review the critical path , resources allocation to activities with respective production rate and adjacent durations
- Prepare delay analysis report comparing base line schedule with current update and suggest the remedial to mitigate the delay on critical path.
- Identified the potential risks and maintain a risk register.
- Prepare delay impact report for the successor activities especially for commissioning and startup.
- Effective utilization of float/slack to avoid any time impact claim by contractor
