- Develop critical path logic for all phases of project
- Analyze delays comparing base line with current schedule
- Identify potential risks, maintain a risk register and suggest mitigation plan
- Effective utilization of float/slack to avoid any time impact claim by contractor
- Review and approve monthly progress status and reports based on PPMS to support invoice
Co-ordinate with contract department for amendment in the contract price
