Responsibilities : (Reporting to Chief Resident Engineer)
- Controlling and approval of Contractors Level 3 Schedules,
- Issuing required procedures (Planning. Progress measurement and reporting)
- Coordinating the program issues with the schedulers at the site,
- Monitoring the schedulers` activities,
- Monitoring the progress and inform management about the delays.
- Preparing periodic progress reports for the clients,
- Controlling and approval of the recovery schedules\
- Basic Cost Control Activities, (but not to exceed budget limits)
- Performing basic EoT analysis to develop counter arguments against contractors claims,
- Participating into progress Meeting
- Resource Planning and monitoring activities for design schedules,
- Evaluating the variation orders and analyzing the time impacts.
