Managerial Responsibilities (Planning):

• Liaising with the Clients and make sure the execution team adhere to the customer requirements
• Reporting to the  Managing Partner & General Manager on daily basis (one page status report) & weekly basis for all the projects
• Monitoring all the sites by regular visits
• Conducting and coordinating internal progress meetings in coordination with Project Managers
• Attending Client Progress Meetings for all sites
• Coordinating the procurement team & project site team in order to reconcile material, plant & machinery and to avoid delay due to procurements.
• Presenting consolidated QMR on a weekly / monthly basis to the top management.
• Presenting monthly progress indicative reports for all sites
• Indicating the possible execution risks & issues for all projects and providing solutions to meet the challenge.
• Preparing E.O.T. Claims for the Projects as and when required.
• Establishing and reviewing the Planning Procedures of the Company based on the latest techniques in consultation with the Top Management.
• Assisting the sub-ordinates in preparation of Construction Programs and its Monitoring, Procurement Schedules and
• Information Schedules of the Projects.
