Nuclear Power Plant Construction.  A member of a team providing delay analysis support (assessment of envisaged subcritical paths) to the expert witness appointed to assess contractor’s EoT entitlement.

Underground Railway Upgrade.  A member of a team providing delay analysis support (schedule evaluation) to the expert witness appointed to assess contractor’s EoT entitlement.

Oil Processing Plant Construction.  A member of a team supporting the appointed expert witness charged with providing, on behalf of the Arbitrators, an independent assessment of the methods employed, and subsequent findings of each party’s expert witness reports.  Responsible for the testing of the TIA analysis application employed by the expert acting on behalf of the employer.

Façade and Cladding Installation.  Responsible for the delay analysis (As Planned Impacted) and report preparation for inclusion of claim for EoT and disruption for J&H Emirates (Abu Dhabi).

Deep Sea Gas Pipeline.  Responsible for delay analysis (Time Impact Analysis) and report preparation for inclusion of claim for EoT and disruption.
