Role: Working as Construction Engineer. Preparing contracts for subcontractors. Tracking advance payments and progress/outstanding payments. Checking works performed on the site and preparing specification of work accomplished. Checking works submitted by subcontractors. Updating Project progress in Primavera Contractor, preparation of look-ahead reports, progress reports, cost/resource use reports, generating S-curves and Cash Flow reports, performing Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Performance Measurement.

Project: Construction of commercial building of cca. 4.000sqm in Belgrade, Serbia. The project is a four-storey office building. Project cost is approx. 4 million €.
