Senior Planner with Costain Integrated services working on a number of different Commissions.

Working with Costain to resource load their Hinkley Point Main works programme.  Liaising with the Planning Manager to  identify resources, develop codes and resource load the programme

With BPA I am working as a Project Controls Manager, to enhance programme management, resource loading of programmes and cost control.  I am developing their understanding of good programme management and the benefits that this can give an organisation.

Working as lead planned on commission that was won following a force majeur event, identifying outstanding scope of work building programme and working with contractors to develop integrated programme.  Supporting the project team on future planning, monitoring work / progress and providing reports to various stakeholders.  Providing supporting documentation with regards to delays.  Ensuring that there is process for document control, recording and capture of accurate information of events.  That any delay notices / claims are submitted inaccordance with the conditions of the contract.

Reviewed Contractor programme with regards to feasibility of programme, accuracy of updating and validity of delays advised.

Worked on bid winning team providing tender programme support, building a new programme based on scope of work and tender requirements in terms of timeline of key dates.

Worked with NEC 3 contracts various Options and Z clauses.
