Senior Planner with Costain Integrated Services (formally Rhead Group), working with National Grid on one of their capital delivery projects being executed under NEC3 contract, reviewing programmes, generating reports and reporting to the Project Team and senior management.

The work involved sites visits, to review with the subcontractors, their programmes and progress.  Attending meetings to with various stakeholders to review, advise on progress. Provide risk information and idenify recovery options where applicable.

Generating reports and advising the senior project management of overall programme status across all sites.  Driving the close out phase of the Sites and the Capital delivery programme in terms of documentation and the close out process within National Grid.
