Leads the Project Controls group for the entire project that provides project control functions to the Engineering & Design of SunPower FAB 3B Project which includes but not limited to:

§  Planning and development of the master schedule of the project.

§  Coordination with Procurement and Construction.

§  Development and integration of project work breakdown structure of the project.

§  Development of progress measurement guidelines and set-up of progress tools for accurate progress measurement of engineering deliverables.

§  Supervise Project Controls staff to ensure proper weekly periodic status reporting of schedule and cost variances in the project.

§  Control and monitoring of project execution.

§  Establish and facilitate the change management processes.

§  Attend weekly task force meetings to coordinate with client representatives and other stakeholders.

§  Provide a monthly report and presentation of the status of the project to project operations and management.
