ITA – Mission with TECHNIP (Sub sea Branch) for BP

Tasks:       

Construction / Fabrication planner:

• Realization of level 4 fabrication schedules for Angolan base (piping and structures) and coordination with other projects realized in parallel.
• Construction Manhours / Mobilization estimate.
• Feasibility review looking on storage and lifting equipment.
• Setting up of the construction progress measurement system
• Clarification with Angolan yards for sub-contracted activities and follow-up
• Support to subcontractors and suppliers for setting up of acceleration plan and follow-up

Support to Engineering planning leader:

• Preparation of tools for the following of reception of comments from Company for critical eng. Documents.
• Estimation of schedule impact of variation orders.
• Review, comments and following of suppliers schedules.
• Preparation of following tools dedicated to transport activities and interfaces between suppliers.
