Tasks:       

Planning Manager of PRONY consortium:

  • General rebuilt of existing schedule of the first unit (MS-Project)
  • Scheduling of the second Unit (EPC phases)
  • Coordination with Australian team and integration of its schedule (P3)
  • Monitoring of schedules and reporting to the Client.
  • Realization of progress s-curves linked with schedules

Planning Manager for the French part of PRONY project:

  • Monitoring of detailed schedule (EPC).
  • Realization and follow-up of specific tools for Engineering and Procurement management (Scorecard)
  • Coordination with suppliers (Fabrication schedule, contractual documentation)
