Senior SAP Planning / Senior Machinery Planner / Senior Machinery Planner Set up a chemical planning team to deal with the massive backlog of notifications requiring planning. Developed and implemented a tracker/evaluation system for the monitoring progress. Set up variants to identify critical SAP notification to give clarity of the precise number in the system. Worked hard with the business teams to review the back log, tag priorities and reduce the numbers. This was highlighted at the end of year review as a site success. Trained in using GEMS/STRIPS a SAP base system. I was part of a small implementation team who was responsible for the training of the Fawley employees on the new system. We then oversaw the implementation change overall and deal with the not unexpected going live issues
