Description of Role: Project Manager for Installation of Iron Ore Screening Plant in Chhattisgarh, India on EPC basis

Description of Duties:

1) Compiling the Technical and Commercial Contract Document with Client

2) Preparing Billing Schedule (as per the scope of work)

3) Creation of WBS with allocated budget in SAP

4) Setting up site office and accommodation in coordination with HR and by local liasoning at project site.

5) Procurement of machines as per the scope of work agreed in contract document viz. vibrating screens, apron feeder and spiral classifier.

6) Preparation of scope of work for civil, mechanical, structural and electrical works in consultation with engineering division

7) Floating enquiries and preparation of  comparison charts of various offers received

8) Subletting civil, mechanical, structural and electrical works to various sub-contractors

9) Creation of Sale Order in SAP

10) Creation of project schedule in Primavera P6

11) Updating project progress (physical % progress) in Primavera P6

12) Raising invoices to client against work completed as per the approved billing schedule

13) Expediting work progress by fort-night meetings with sub-contractors

14) commisioning of the plant

15) obtaining punch point closure from client

16) Obtaining FAC (final acceptance certificate from client)
