Logistics Coordinator

• Multi-tasking of various assignments and projects that included interfacing with ACJV, Shell and Jacobs Catalytic Supervisors, Foreman, Craft Leads and Management personnel.
• Coordinated and planned the overall requirements to supply Commissioning and Maintenance Organization with support facilities and services: Temporary trailers, telephones, radios, office equipment, scaffolding lay-down, rental equipment, tools, consumable storage areas, issue facilities, material marshalling areas, parking and traffic flow logistics at Shell Scotford's Upgrader Facility.
• Scheduled and coordinate permit requirements for contractor personnel to complete equipment service maintenance as planned.

• Managed the overall schedule for commissioning, pre-turnaround, turnaround and post turnaround activities.
• Reported to the Refinery Management Team and Commissioning Steering committee on tracking progress of work, costs, schedule delays and completions.
