The majority of Andrew’s work has included:

• Strategic Programme Planning and Programme Critical Path Analysis–

Experience in the preparation of program analysis of scope and dependencies mapping, to identify critical path for complex programs of works

• Programming, Time Control and EOT Analysis–

Experience in the preparation of detailed schedules in Construction Civil, IT &T and infrastructure projects

• Project Management Services and Advice–

Development of reporting systems, processes and templates for progress reporting of complex multi-stakeholder projects throughout all project phases ( initiation to customer acceptance and sign off)
