Achievements:
· Establish overall Project strategies & Phasing. Produce the officially announced schedules for projects deliveries.
· Delivery of Master Plan, the D.D. for different components of the developments in short time (08 Month).
· Start construction on site 10 months after the initial Concept Master Plan agreed.
· Higher ability to monitor and manage the changing orders.
· Establish in Corporate levels tools and procedures to monitor the progress and enhance the achievements (KPIs, IT connections between Primavera and Reporter(s), Earned Values management…)
· Close monitoring of the Financial status of the projects including Cash Flows, P&L & Escrow accounts.
· Higher flexibility to respond to the Dynamics and the Change of the Demands of the Property Market
· Coordinate the Projects stakeholders: Branding, International consultants, Financial institutions.
Duties:
· Establish Projects overall Project strategies, phasing and delivering. Involvements in different stages of the projects including Town & Master planning, Design, procurement & Construction.
· Projects Control management and Project monitoring for DAMAC’s projects in UAE and worldwide.
· Report to the Chairman all related project management, control and status.
· Extension of time (EOT) Claims and the counter-claims Management
