Planning Team Lead, Petrofac, Various Projects for Oil and Gas Operators

Primarily responsible for the provision and control of the Planning function across all of Petrofac Offshore Projects division contracts and projects.  Responsibilities include the supervision, co-ordination, distribution and allocation of workload across the planning team. 

 

Involved with diverse mix of Planning systems and process improvement initiatives from concept, specification through to implementation of various Planning related systems such as Primavera, Mpower, MS Project, Pertmaster and Controller including applications and interfaces for with other Project Control related functions.

 

Responsible for the development of planning processes and procedures as well as co-ordination and communication of best practices for project control and reporting.  Involved with skills development as well as the instigator of a Planning  Development programme for personnel development and competency attainment
