- Provides written updates on critical paths, schedule variances, progress and significant developments for inclusion in both Monthly and Quarterly Reports.
- Evaluates the impact of changes on cost, schedule, operations and scope documents.
- Participate in meetings with Project Managers and provide schedule related input.
- Prepared & developed L2 & 3 Level Baseline construction programme in P6.2 & updating the same on weekly basis.
- Record and Notify delays and impacts, while maintaining proper records and liaise and inform commercial staff as required.
- Co-ordinate and follow up – Engineering and Procurement departments for necessary submissions.
- To Review contractual requirements, milestones and co-ordinate with commercial team accordingly.
