Responsibilities:
- Involved in organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) development
- Developing Project Plan including System Schedule based on Scope, Work Bases, Track, Power Supply (LV), High Voltage Feeder Station (HV), Over Head Catenary System (OCS), Signalling and Interlocking System (SI), OCC and BOCC, Telecommunications (TE) Depots and Work Shops (DW), Rolling Stock(RS) Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), Operation and Maintenance Stage (O & M), Testing and Commissioning.
- Developing Project Execution Plan (PEP) including cost in & out planning based on nature of the project to develop a reliable planning & logical working schedule using Primavera
- Examining a multidisciplinary approach involving the integration of engineering, management, quality and risk analysis in projects, and processes
- Handling initiating, planning, Execution, Control and closing phase of project
- Managing dependencies between projects, deliverables and milestone dates
- Finalizing Project Budget, Cost Control Plan, Revenue Cash flow and project profit loss assessment
- Implementing the contract conditions in close coordination with Contracting Officer
- Evaluating cost and time estimation of contractual variations for proper claims
- Closely communicating with all departments to ensure implementation of planning at all levels of responsibility.
- Worked closely with Operation, Quality Control and Safety Team to ensure proper sequencing and duration of the work activities for efficient, safe and timely activities execution within budgeted cost and resources with complete satisfaction of Specs and procedure to avoid delay/repetition of the work
- Locating relevant solutions in solving complex engineering problems and processes
- Attending Internal and client weekly coordination meeting to discuss project objectives, priorities, risk and opportunities
