June, 2016 Established effective Project Cost Control System for better monitoring of project expenditures, recordchanges and manage budget variations during the whole project life cycle Accurate recording and analysis of actual costs and expenditures to ensure they are correctlyallocated to the appropriate Cost Centers, controlled and reported against authorized budgets, ProjectTarget Cost Estimates and the Cost Management Plan.
