Develop,coordinate and manage procedures to ensure the efficient cost control of the Projects, including therecording, controlling and forecasting of all financial matters. Established processes to satisfyrequirements for progress, cost, revenue, invoicing and other reporting Administration and maintenance of cost database (EcoSys) to monitor and track project budget, actualcosts, commitments and forecasts. Consolidate, review and finalize monthly expenditure profile.Develop and maintain a process to track actual booked hours/costs (Oracle based System). Reviewand endorse expenditures in accordance with established budget Subcontractors data validation for accuracy and compliance with project controls requirements.Verification of the Contractor’s invoices to comply with contract terms and conditions. Periodical VOWD, Cost & Cash Flow reports preparation for projects and the overall portfolio. Progressmeasurement and projects status evaluation against the Performance Measurement Baseline toperform project controls analysis for Project Management Team and Client
