Project: Kingdom tower 250 floors 1008 m hight

Project Brief Description: Kingdom tower is the highest Skyscraper building in the wolrd.

Project Client and Basis:

*Contract is on US$ 1.3 Billion cost value .

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct skyscraper from 10% progress
  2. Mixed use project contain Offices, Hotel, residential, highest sky deck restrauants , and void steel structure 
  3. Inhance process to proceed with financial problems
  4. Ensure of excuation plan as per agreed budget and reuired quality and related required resourses as manpower / finance
  5. Review construction methodology with safety requirment  
  6. To develop existing project process, whilst working closely with a project director.
  7. Share the responsibility for the delivery and management of Kingdom Tower project assuming responsibility of day-to-day work and ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Restructure the staff
  9. Review construction plan/ method to reduce cost and time by reviewing
    1. Logistic as

                                                              i.      cranes and performance specially for high levels

                                                             ii.      hoist to check vertical analysis ( VT ) to increase labor performance  

                                                           iii.      type of equipment

    1. Concrete casting as off

                                                              i.      capacity of pumps

                                                             ii.      size of pipes

                                                           iii.      duration of casting

                                                           iv.      type of placing booms

    1. steel structure as

                                                              i.      big canopy coviring the poduim and shape the tower 10,000T

                                                             ii.      sky observation deck view restaruant 660 meter high, 1000T

                                                           iii.      void spiral including tune mass dumber 

    1. Type of concrete, performance , and behavior and how to enhance it to avoid problems which happened in Burg Khalifa in Dubai as similar example
    2. Type of formwork and analysis behavior of concrete with used formwork
    3. Enhance core wall system by increase 2 additional level to enhance concrete cycle
    4. Enhance Land survey methodology  
    5. Sway as building will sway 2.45 meter then enhance methodology to reduce this effect
    6. Finishing material starting from horizontal shifting then vertical
    7. Waste management strategy
  1. Enhance Procurement and chain supply  cycle starting from tendring, prequailfication, awarding
