  • Planning and scheduling project activities and monitoring project progress; ensuring program is structured in line with agreed WBS and standard work codes.
  • Perform program status and progress updates, ensuring progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved.
  • Preparing Weekly and Monthly progress/project status report for reporting to the Client.
  • Reviewing and commenting on weekly and monthly progress/project status report from Contractor.
  • Performing Earned value Analysis (EVA) of EPS structure as well individual Projects under construction.
  • Performing Risk Analysis and feasibility study on projects under design and Construction.
  • Reviewing of Progress Claim Applications issued by Contractor against progress for the interim and advising the Commercial department on the same.
  • Review and comments on Potential Variations (PVs) by Contractor.
  • Reviewing and assessing Extension of Time (EOT) claim programs to advise and recommend the Client.
  • Reviewing and commenting on the Clause 14 Baseline Schedules for construction from contractors.
  • Advising Recovery Programmes and Schedules to the Contractor on critically delayed work sections
  • Close monitoring and follow up on Two Week and Monthly Look ahead schedules by the Contractors Periodic Progress / Technical Meetings with Client/Contractor.
  • Correspondence with Contractor on Progress and Critical project issues.
