  • Functions here mimic those mentioned below. This project consists of construction and formation of retained earth works for the piling platforms.

  • Subcontractor & Manufacturers integration coordination into master programme
  • Visit Manufacturers to monitor and report on Bridge build progress to meet planned deadline (Christmas Possession)

  • Manage & Develop LMD Planning Team as and when required subject to workloads

  • Period Reporting to Project / Regional Managers as well as Operations Director as required.
  • Build, Structure and develop project programmes at Tender stage. Resource, Cost Load & Cash flow forecast budget allowances.
  • Communicate & keep project core team appraised with live project developments
  • Monitor & ensure that all programmes align with agreed budgets and provide the necessary information to Commercial representatives for annual review negotiations.
  • Track, monitor and update constantly 42 projects bi weekly.
  • Allocate change control and report Earned Value to as built programmes
  • Ensure costs are maintained and reviewed on a regular basis via programme updates.
  • Communicate and update clients on a regular Period basis with feedback reports and meetings.
  • Generate Cost & Resource Loaded programmes for Period end valuation application payments.
  • Provided full Administrative IT Support for all LMD Projects & Core Team (Local & Network Administrator)
  • Responsible for implementing Project Controls for Planning of our Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication & Construction programmes, showing the critical path and escalation Variance report. Update schedules with physical progress and resource expenditure to show all trends, status, and forecast & prepare scenarios. Evaluate and revised Control Schedules submitted by contractors. Visiting Site regularly to establish project Controls. Prepare & present all reports for Senior Management, and Region Managers.
  • Carry out physical progress and supervise updates, trends, forecast and reports issue with Primavera for the project. Daily / Weekly co-ordination meetings with management and supervisors.
  • Updating the programme regularly with as-built information. Also to instigate early warning procedures by bringing to the attention of the Site Agent/Engineers any matters that may increase costs, delay or disrupt the orderly progress of the works, or affect quality.
  • Liaise with subcontractors planning Engineers, to establishing their schedules and reports required controlling their programme scope. Validate all schedules upon submission for baseline, approval of all subsequent progress/updates
