- Managing personnel requirements and trainings on operation as well as supporting Site Construction on:
- Spoolgen.
- “In House” Construction Management Tools to Project Site
- (ie. QCbase/ PipingTool/ WeldingControlSystem/ InstrumentControlManagementSystem etc)
- eMarian Construction Module operation.
- Conduct training on Piping Line Scheduling program operation (Oracle Base) for preparation and calculation of Line attributes such as test pressure, painting system, Insulation thickness, PWHT, Thermal treatment and non-destructive test class and other special requirement by the project according to the line list prepared by the process team.
- Developing project baselines (schedule/cost) planning/controlling schedules & costs using Primavera
- Developing a Subcontractors Performances Evaluation tool such as Subcontractor Database program using visual basic
- Preparation of Piping BOQ, Painting and insulation materials using Support on Operational Test and Development for “In House” Programs (Oracle base) via internet, as a construction management tool comprising all disciplines including QA/QC from Engineering stage until Turn Over stage
