Independent Options Appraisal - Palace of Westminster Regeneration & Renewal ProgrammeSenior Consultant Planning – Jan to Jul 2014 In 2012 the House of Commons Commission and the House of Lords House Committee commissioned a study on the condition of the fabric of the Palace. The study indicated that, unless significant restoration work is undertaken, major, and irreversible damage may be done. The authorities of both Houses agreed that doing nothing was not an option and to commission the IOA, a comprehensive, independent assessment of a range of costed, timescaled options for a major restoration and renewal of the Palace Worked for the Independent Options Appraisal Team (Deloitte, AECOM & HOK) for Palace of Westminster Restoration & Renewal Programme. • Led in providing planning & scheduling support functions, developed schedules for all scenarios for different options on a strategic and detailed level focusing on programme certainty and delivery.• Successfully done deterministic analysis of programme durations based on key driving parameters (spend rate, output and resources)
