Role:                      Planning Engineer

Period:                 May’04-June’06

Synopsis:             The project was the Package 4 of the Shoreline Apartments (4 Nos.) and Palm Jumeirah Villas (227 Nos.) spread over 14 Fronds for the Main Contractor to Nakheel. Responsibilities included:

  • Clause 14 program preparation with resources & cost loading
  • Preparing Program Updates, Monthly / Weekly reports, KPI’s, Progress S Curves, Procurement Status & Engineering Works
  • Identifying time related claims and maintaining the time related claims log, high level management reporting, productivity monitoring, attending weekly progress meetings, etc.
  • Finalization of percentages of work done and all other planning / scheduling aspects, etc.

Others:

  • Jumeirah Lake Terrace (3B+G+M+46) – Baseline Program Preparation
  • Nursery At Warsan III – Setting up Weekly / Monthly Progress Reporting Templates
  • Luxury Villa at Palm Jumeirah Island – Responsible for Baseline program preparation, program updates, Progress Reports etc.
