CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT in IMCO KUWAIT - Study & familiarization of on-going Contracts, scope, terms & conditions etc. - Review of newly awarded Contracts. - Monitor compliance to contractual terms. - Responsible for handling official contractual correspondence, contract logs & assisting the contracts person in charge. - Monitor & ensure timely submission of contract notifications & variation requests to client. - Maintain & update variation requests register, contract administration logs and Contractual Insurance Policy logs. - Preparation of Invoices to client in compliance with Contract terms & conditions. - Preparation of Subcontracts in compliance with the information from the Project Team. - Review of Subcontractor Invoices against Subcontract terms & conditions and preparation of Subcontractor Payment Requests. - Initiation & Review of Contractual Insurance Policies and notify Project Team prior to expiry of policy validity.
