Working as a Construction Planner for over three years on three smart motorway projects; I have worked as part of a team to translate the Client's requirements into a delivery strategy. Mapping and then assisting in the management of human (through the effective use of Collaborative Planning sessions) and material resource requirements and sequencing to effectively achieve the end delivery of a project.

In addition I have eight months experience working on secondment in Estimating. Pricing projects from first principles and attending negotiations with the Client to improve my commercial knowledge and understanding.
