·         Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 7 planners – performing annual appraisals and setting personal objectives for each member.

·         Participate in global group planning standardization, and developing standardize progress reporting utilizing EVMS

·         Construct Level 2 EPCI schedules for FPSO, Deep Water Buoy, FLNG and TLP’s proposals

·         Assist planners in front end planning organization of the schedule to ensure integrity during Planning set up.

·         Perform all schedule risk and opportunity Analysis utilizing Oracle Risk Analysis Software using project risk and opportunity files.

·         Implement and maintain Group Planning Procedures and Instructions – modifying with any changes as necessary

·         Assist Planners in the management of resource loaded schedules which includes hourly distribution, capacity constraints and levelling of activities to maximise the effectiveness of schedule duration
