  • Project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.
  • Preparation of a fully resourced schedule in Primavera P6 or MS Project 2010.
  • Preparation of project KPI and S-curves.
  • Database programming and management.
  • General purchasing works.
  • Liaise with suppliers for canvassing, purchase and delivery of materials, equipment and consumables.
  • Liaise with project site personnel for coordination and confirmation of materials, equipment and consumables required.
  • Preparation, collection and organization of material requisition from various on-going and upcoming projects.
  • Preparation of purchase order.
  • Review, clarification and validation of served purchase order prior to releasing for payment.
