Project Red Dragon RAF repair facility (Tender Planning)

Tender and project planning responsibilities include:

·  Tender programme prepared from first principals (contract compliant/resourced & costed)

·  Specialist earthworks planning and preparation of time location charts

·  Preparation of quality bid submissions

·  Preparation of temporary works schemes and associated tender allowances

·  Attend tender finalisation meetings

·  Management of onsite planning team

·  Management of progress data collation

·  Update and maintenance of contract programme

·  Change control extension of time claims and evaluation of compensation events

·  Progress reports

·  Schedule based budgeting and cost control

Site responsibilities include:

·  Health and Safety duties (inductions/inspections/method statements/risk assessment/COSHH)

·  Preparation of budgets

·  Cost value reports

·  Progress reports

·  Change control

·  Quality assurance

·  Design management

·  Crane coordinator

·  Temporary works coordinator

·  Subcontract procurement and management

·  Management of engineering and works team
