Duties include creation of WBS/OBS to enable effective plan development, Producing and updating ‘S’ Curves detailing current performance, Reporting and monitoring milestone progress, detail resource and cost forecasting , barcharts and metric trend reports, current v’s actual spends. Training and mentoring new and existing users in Microsoft Project & Primavera. Develop a robust planning and reporting system.
