Paul was employed by Project control department as Project Control Lead, first for Waste Water Maintenance group & then moved to UID group. Paul was responsible for a team of 5 project planners, using P3E handling 160 projects covering UIDS on approx 900 sites for United Utilities AMP3 programme. Total value of the UID works £630M.

Value of the individual projects ranged between £100,000 & £50,000,000 which covered all aspects of design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning.  Duties included preparing programmes, monitoring cost & time impacts on a weekly & monthly basis. Preparing reports for internal & external use etc.
