EPC Project for Rihan Heights District Cooling Plant – Mubadala Properties, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

 Rihan Heights District Cooling Plant will serve Al Sowwah Island which will include office buildings-stock exchange-retail-parking-five star hotel-six star resort hotel and world class hospital (Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi).

During this current project assignment my responsibilities include:-

 

- Preparation of the detailed Baseline Schedule in conjunction with the Project, Construction, Engineering and Procurement Managers.

-Collecting the necessary information to prepare the detailed Bill of Prices.

-Preparing the Cost Breakdown Structure.

 

-Preparing the Earned Value data sheet, loading the data into the Project Program and using it for Earned Value monitoring of project progress.

-Preparing the Manpower Histogram and Quantity Curves.

-Preparing the Cost Loading Construction Schedule.

-Preparing Cash Flow Histograms, S-Curves and forecasting for monthly invoices.

-Preparing the Progress S-Curves for Overall Project, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning.

-Preparing the Design, Procurement and Shop Drawings Logs which are extracted from Baseline Schedule and then report the ‘’follow-on’’ actions in the Logs for Design, Procurement and Engineering Departments.

-Preparing the Schedule Model (Schedule Method Statement) which shows how the flow and sequencing of the activities are progressing towards completion of the Project.

-Monitoring Cash Flow analysis on monthly basis.

-Regularly reviewing (weekly/monthly) critical and sub-critical activities and monitoring their impact on the project schedule.

-Participating in the progress meetings and any other meeting related to revision of the Project Program.

-Preparing weekly Look-Ahead Programs from the Master Schedule and monitoring the same.

-Updating the Construction Schedule and the Cash Flow.

-Prepare the monthly and weekly progress reports and identifying the causes of delay if any and the effect of delay on the Construction Schedule.

-Preparing Acceleration Plans.

-Reviewing and evaluating all requests for time extension.

-Preparing the Project Forecast Report ( Cost Report).
