- To make understanding with the foremen of different sites and to insure the work done is according to the specifications and drawings.
- To deal the engineer’s inspections and to satisfy them with the works done.
- To resolve the Engineer objections and to find solutions with them for the unforeseen problems.
- To insure that the work done is according to the POW and within Budget.
- To consult with the Chief Engineer for the Technical Issues and to find suitable solutions.
- To discuss the expected problems and hurdles for the progress with the Managers and Directors.
- To assist in revising the POW.
- To insure that the Project Managers and Directors got the true picture of the site progress and activities.
- To insure that the materials required are available at site in time and doesn't suffer the progress.
- To make suggestions for the necessary changes in the drawings.
