CMR provided an initial auditon the project controls setup for a Tier 2 subcontractor and then rolled out suggested action plan.Lead Planner managing four planning engineers covering six contracts. Deliverables included:Primavera P6 rollout, contract reviews (NEC 3), forensic delay analysis, tender preparation, costestimate, and resource and contract management.
