Understanding the scope of the project in order to prepare Construction Program for the project with proper logic and flow of the work in order to meet significant / contractual milestones, (detailed, baseline, recovery, time impacted), Casting & Estimation, Procurement, dealing with the subcontractors and coordination with the client & third parties. Lead and/or participate in the identification of risks and eliminate or implement mitigation measures and Capitalize on potential opportunities. Produce visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams. Keeping in contact & updating the project manager, higher management & client by presenting them the daily/weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
