Building and development of the Bechtel Construction pre-bid Proposal and resourced Construction Execution Schedule with approximately 1,376,583 manhours within a team of planners.

  • After handing over the developed Bechtel Construction schedule to a dedicated contract scheduler for that seperable portion of work scope I resumed my role and duties as Site Project Planner within the EPCM management team for the overall Project Schedule as Principal Contractor.
  • Managing half the awarded Major Contractor Schedules and liaison within EPCM Team to ensure over Project Schedule achievement; responsible scope included mechanical Tankage contract and Wharf Extension civil & mechanical contract.
  • Administration and analysis of Contractor schedules and conflict resolution.
  • Weekly Project Schedule resource updating and formulation of weekly and monthly construction commodity & resource curves.
  • Reviewing EPCM deliverables being material supply and engineering design to support the project requirements.
    • Taking weekly progress photos, editing and issuance thereof as PowerPoint presentations.
