  • Planning management through program assessments, project work plans, and reporting in conjunction with other departments. Manages team members to meet program deliverables
  • Development of Project Control System,
  • Project Planning Yard Process and Site activities
  • Sub-contractors Controls and Management
  • Project Monitoring / Tracking and establishing of Project Dashboards
  • Multi-discipline project interface for overseas and local projects.
  • Integration of all project participants to a central system
  • Coordination of all project Project parties
  • Establish and apply apply probabilistic techniques to determine and communicate the possible range of schedule completion dates for the project. This will include tracking schedule risk mitigation efforts, the criticality of the main paths to completion, float consumption and the release of the schedule contingency;
  • Review scope change requests for the impact on schedules and the critical path of the project
