-Additional task to compile all the events with potential claims and analyzed impact using P6 program.

-Establishing and management of financial modeling with the creation of master budget.

-Setting up progress monitoring and forecasting system to suit the operations.                  -Identifying corrective measures to overcome any changes / difficulties that may be faced through the project that may result in delays.

-Preparing executive weekly and monthly progress reports to the Government of Dubai in the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Engineering Project Division (EP).

-Develop Design, Construction and Operator schedules

-Analyzes variances in schedule of progress performance against the plan.

- Review and provide recommendations related to Contractors commercial issues such as Extension of Time (EoT) settlements.

-Assist the Engineer (CRE/RE) on all correspondences relevant to planning issues.
