- Proide Integrated customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to Key Business Units - Assist the project department prov head to provide a master scheduling services in various property developments projects - Provide professional advice and value added assessment risk analysis, critical path analysis and escalating potential risks / ropportunities within the project schedule; - Conduct feasibility studies and provide professional advice on development concept and budget; - Analyse data and identify potential risks and opportunities to the business stakeholders; - Co-ordinate and communicate with Supply Chain, commerical and end user. t
