  •  Prepare and maintain Project schedule;
  • Assign milestones for Contractors for close monitoring of activities;
  • Prepare Weekly (six weeks look ahead) and Monthly reports for Client;
  • Evaluate variance of schedule with actual against planned and advice the concerned Contractor for sequence change or accelerations;
  • Verify the scope of each Contractor against Contract in co-ordination with Contract Adminstrator;
  • Review Contractors and suppliers reports;
  • Monitoring and reporting any delays encountered and advice Project Management to take appropriate measures for recovery;
  • Monitoring and motivating Contractors for achieving milestones as per schedule;
  • Co-ordinate with Client for tie-ups and correlations for carrying out the work without interrupting the normal operation of existing plant;
  • Co-ordinate with external Contractors for Overhead Transmission Lines and Water Pipe line network for tie-ins;
  • Attend client and contractor’s meeting for co-ordination and to ensure timely completion of Project with in budgets;
  • Evaluate Contractor’s claims on additional time extension and prepare tabular summary for final assessments by Project Manager;
  • Follow up with Contractors and client regarding Snag lists for Project close out procedures;
  • Was involved in the time claim analysis and support for Siemens Power Plant in Panglima Teluk Gong, Melakka, Malaysia.
