PASEO SANTA CLARA (Chief Field Engineer)

Residential condominium with limited ductility. Responsible (participation) in the elaboration of the Commitment Plan (Budget and Schedules goals). Ensure the productivity and efficiency of the work on each front. Control the adequate management of the resources available in the different work fronts, as well as compliance with deadlines. Responsible for recording the real advances and the amounts of resources used by each process to prepare the Weekly Production Report (ISP) as well as to be reported as of the data date. Lead the meetings of the Last Planner and responsible for carrying out the analysis of restrictions together with the field supervisors. Responsible for executing and controlling the progress of the work ensuring the correct execution of all productive activities according to the approved technical file, the project management plan and compliance with the specifications and technical standards accepted in the work contract. Responsible for reporting daily progress of production to the Planning and Control area.
